Last week the longest-serving passed away after a short battle with cancer at the age of 89.

Remembered for his lighter, comedic take on the British secret agent, some fans prefered the darker, grittier edge of Timothy Dalton and Daniel Craig.

Back in 2008, Sir Roger even suggest he was the worst Bond for not taking the role seriously enough.

Now fellow former Bond, George Lazenby, who only had one stab at the role, claims there is video evidence of the late actor saying he was a better 007 than him.

The one time 007 said: “He was one of the good guys and will be missed by many.

“I know he was loved by his family and many others.”
