Levi’s have collaborated with super-cool French fashion brand Vetements to create the “bum window” jeans.

The jeans feature a zip right down the middle of the bottom as well as well as zips down the legs.

A pair costs £1,490 – and when Vetements shared images of the jeans and the cut off shorts version, they received thousands of likes.

Surprisingly, commenters loved the shorts, with one writing: “Very cool”.

Another said: “I need these”.

However one irate customer commented on how uncomfortable the zips are, and wrote: “I have to say these series of ur collection is super uncomfortable!!! it’s like wearing a thorn!

“I wanna say they are beautiful but even by looking at them I feel uncomfortable!!! think a bit before you design. not everything is creative!” (sic)

The jeans version were even more popular on Instagram, receiving over 50,000 likes in less than 24 hours.

Commenters were divided over the jeans, and one wrote: “Oh man…HELL NO!”

Another said: “Are you serious??”

But one person was definitely a fan, and said: “Ok this is a yes”.

Vetements are a Parisian design collective who shot to fame in autumn 2014 for their quirky style. They have over 1.5million followers on Instagram.
