Meghan Markle SPOTTED in a wedding dress – has Prince Harry's girlfriend quit Suits?

Meghan’s Suits co-star Patrick Adams has posted a picture of Meghan on his Instagram. 

The snap shows other members of the Suits cast sat round a table, with the American actress on his left hand side.

Fans of the pair expecting an engagement announcement this month may have to wait a little longer. 

A source with “excellent contacts in the palace” told the Daily Beast Harry would be holding off on popping the question until the Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton gives birth. 

Kate and Prince William announced they were having their third child together in September and the baby is due in April. 

The source said: “There won’t be any announcement until at least after Kate has had her baby in April.” 

They added that even after that, the couple may hold off on the wedding. 

According to former royal chef Darren McGrady Meghan and harry are waiting for another big event in royal calendar. 

He told Hello: “November is the Queen and Prince Philip’s platinum wedding anniversary so they can’t trump that. 

“Whereas December they can announce the engagement and they’d be free to marry next year; I think that’s what’s going to happen.”

While the couple’s engagement is up in the air, the couple have become more public in their displays of affection. 

On Thursday, Harry laid a wooden cross at Westminster Abbey’s Field of Remembrance ahead of Armistice Day. 

Speaking with Matt Weston, a bomb disposal expert in Afghanistan, Harry joked about bringing his American actress girlfriend to the event. 

Matt, 28, said: “I took the mickey and asked where his missus as and he said she wasn’t here. 

“I asked if she would come next time because she’s awesome, and he said he couldn’t hide her anywhere, but I said you wouldn’t have to hide her. 

“I would love to meet her – I think she’s brilliant.”

A recent poll found Britons don not approve of Prince Harry’s girlfriend. 

Online polling firm Opinium Research asked 2,500 UK adults who their most popular royal was. 

The Suits actress emerged as one of the least popular, with an approval rating of just 19 per cent. 

The shock poll is a slight improvement on her standing in April, when just 16 per cent of those questioned gave a favourable response.

She is below Camilla the Duchess of Cornwall, who has a 20 per cent approval rating, and Sophie, Countess of Wessex with 22 per cent.

Prince Harry, 33, and Meghan Markle, 36, have been dating well over a year now and rumours of an engagement have been more rife than ever in the last few weeks. 

Royal insiders have revealed a number of clues suggesting the couple’s relationship is growing more serious by the day. 

But while many have been guessing when Harry will get down on one knee, the American actress, currently based in Toronto, was spotted in a wedding dress at the weekend. 

Have Meghan and Harry been keeping their engagement under wraps? 

Unfortunately royal fans will have to keeping waiting. 

Although Meghan was recently seen wearing a wedding gown it was actually as she filmed scenes for season seven of Suits, in which she plays Rachel Zane, according to Hello! magazine. 

Aaron Korsh, the creator of the show, confirmed her character would be tying the knot this season. 

According to the magazine, Meghan and the Suits cast were spotted in the King Edward Hotel in Toronto at the weekend, and the actress was wearing the same £5,400 Anne Barge dress she wore in season five. 

Meghan didn’t get to wear the dress in the end as her wedding to on-screen boyfriend Mike Ross was postponed. 

Reports have emerged that this season will be her last, sparking speculation a royal engagement is imminent. 

A source told the Daily Star: “Meghan knows she can’t really act at the same time as being a princess and is happy to make this career sacrifice. 

“She really enjoys her charity work with Unicef and will broaden out her charity commitments when she becomes a full-time royal.”
