Parasite movie: Donald Trump hits out at South Korean Oscar – asks for Gone with the Wind

Trump proceeded to call for the return of American classics like Gone with the Wind.

“Was [Parasite] good?” he asked. “You know, I’m looking for, like… Let’s get Gone with the Wind, can we get Gone with the Wind Back, please? Sunset Boulevard… so many great movies.

“The winner is from South Korea? I thought it was Best Foreign Film,” he added. “Best Foreign Movie. Did this ever happen before?”

Parasite’s distribution company Neon responded to the jibes about the movie on Twitter, sharing a clip of the President’s speech with their 31,000 followers.
