A recently released video shows a passenger shoving an American Airlines pilot at Kansas City International Airport following a flight from Dallas.
According to KMBC.com, the surveillance footage from April 12 allegedly shows 49-year-old Edward N. Foster shoving the unidentified pilot twice in the concourse of Terminal C at the Kansas City airport.
The KCI Airport Police released a report in which Foster claims the pilot was being disrespectful during the flight, as he was riding as a passenger on the aircraft. Foster claims he was also taking up too much room in the aisle.
The official Twitter of the Morning Express shared a video of the incident:

Once the flight landed, Foster attempted to take a picture of the pilot’s badge. The pilot attempted to stop him from taking the photo and knocked the phone to the ground.

The surveillance footage then shows Foster shoving the pilot twice, causing him to trip over his luggage. Foster then followed the pilot to his car and attempted to take pictures of the license plate, according to the police report.
While the pilot initially declined to prosecute Foster for the incident, court documents show the aggressive passenger was cited two days later for intentionally inflicting bodily injury.
The pilot reportedly had lacerations to both legs and bruising on his forearm.
