Pregnant Meghan Markle claps belly wearing £2,000 dress as she enjoys afternoon tea

Meghan Markle, 37, is on her first overseas royal tour with Prince Harry, 34.

The tour comes after the news was announced that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are expecting their first child.

The couple began their tour today, with the Duke and Duchess spending the day in Sydney.

After a day wearing a stunning white fitted dress, Meghan changed into an elegant $2,555 (£2,000) Brandon Maxwell dress.

Following their jam-packed day touring the Sydney harbour, Opera House and meeting koalas at Taronga Zoo, the couple visited Admiralty House.

Enjoying afternoon tea, Meghan wore a stylish dark green shirt dress, by US designer Brandon Maxwell.

The stunning dress flattered the Duchess’ frame perfectly, cinched in at the waist and with a collared neckline.

It featured cape-like sleeves which gave way to delicate pleats, falling to just below Meghan’s knees.

Adding a touch of colour to the forest green gown, the dress featured bright golden buttons, with the Duchess leaving the top button undone.
