Princess Eugenie wedding worst dressed: Prince Harry exes and supermodels miss the mark
Princess Eugenie is officially a married woman, tying the knot with her long-term partner, Jack Brooksbank, this morning.
The couple’s wedding was attended by around 850 guests, with A-listers from around the world descended on St George’s Chapel.
Among them were fashion royalty, supermodels, actresses and a few of Prince Harry’s exes – but not all of them hit the mark when it came to dressing for the occasion.
See here for the worst dressed guests from Princess Eugenie’s royal wedding.
One of the most famous supermodels in the world, with years in the fashion industry, Naomi Campbell is known for being a bit of a risk taker.
However, her black and silver feather-ensemble wasn’t really occasion-appropriate, as the supermodel finished the daring look with elbow-high leather black gloves.
Another A-list face at the wedding was actress Liv Tyler, who seemed to have misunderstood the occasion’s theme.
The 41-year-old wore a two-piece navy blue skirt suit that drowned her slender frame, with matching navy fascinator with face-covering netting.
In the Stella McCartney creation, Liv looked more prepared for a funeral than a royal wedding.
British actress and socialite Poppy Delevinge was also amongst the wedding guests, who showed up at the chapel in an unusual powder blue ensemble.
While the Oscar De La Renta coat ticked all the boxed, the £4779 Oscar De La Renta dress was questionable.
With lots of eyelet detailing the dress was sheer and tied in an awkward place around her waist with a big powder blue bow.
Along with supermodels and actresses, a host of Prince Harry’s exes also attended Eugenie’s big day – with many close friends of the princess.
The Prince’s once-rumoured ex, and good friend of the bride, Ellie Goulding wore powder blue, wearing a high-neck dress emblazoned with silver polka dots.
It was slightly beyond her years, with ruffle detail on the skirt’s hem and lots of excess material on the garment as a whole.
Chelsy Davy and Cressida Bonas also opted for blue on Eugenie’s big day.
Stunning 29-year-old actress Cressida wore a long-sleeved blue devoré velvet dress by Tory Burch, with a daring print emblazoned on it.
She wore the dress with a stylish blue velvet headband that matched perfectly, but her burgundy red shoes seemed out of place.
While these stars didn’t impress, plenty of other guests turned up looking flawless and dressed to the nines.
Kate Middleton led by example in a stunning Alexander McQueen fuchsia dress with a high neck and pleated waistline and Philip Treacy hat.
Another supermodel guests who looked impeccable in polka dot was Kate Moss, who attended the wedding with her equally well-dressed daughter, Lila.
