Queen wears hot pink to Royal Ascot 2019 day four – her first bright colour of the week

The Queen, 93, rode in an open top carriage to the fourth day of the races, waving to onlookers as she arrived. Her Majesty chose a very bright pink outfit, offset with a pair of white leather gloves. A large diamond brooch could be seen pinned on her left, and a pair of pearl earrings completed the look. Despite the sunny weather, the Queen had a thick tartan blanket covering her legs as she sat down.

Her hat was adorned with a large pink feather, adding detail to the otherwise simple look.

As she rode in, Queen Elizabeth could be seen inspecting the grass – this is because her horse, Magnetic Charm, is racing today.

Once out of the carriage, the Queen was spotted with a black leather handbag in the crook of her arm.

Yesterday, the Queen chose grey and lilac with a pop of yellow for Ladies Day.

Arriving in a carriage, the Queen was spotted sitting with her daughter, Princess Anne.

She wore her coat buttoned up and yellow floral detailing could be seen around the collar.

The Queen prepared for all weathers with a pair of white gloves and carried a black leather bag in her hand.

The Monarch also wore a gold brooch pinned to the right side of her jacket.

Her outfit was dressed up with a white pearl necklace and earrings set.

On Wednesday, the Queen attended Royal Ascot with her daughter-in-law, Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall.

Both women wore blue tones, with the Queen adding purple and blue flowers to her hat.

Camilla complemented her aqua blue outfit with an eye-watering pearl and aquamarine choker and matching earrings.

Sarah Ferguson, the Duchess of York, also attended Royal Ascot today.

Fergie wore mustard yellow, teal and purple colours as she joined her former husband Prince Andrew at the event.

The duo looked friendly as they laughed together in the sunshine.
