Aquaman

The highly anticipated Aquaman is one of Warner Bros latest movies.

Starring Jason Momoa, from Game of Thrones, Aquaman had its trailer premiere at Comic Con to the anticipation of fans.

WB has been focussing on its standalone movies after the lacklustre performance of Justice League and the success of Wonder Woman.

Aquaman has a lot riding on his shoulders.

To the shock of many, M. Night Shyamalan revealed his 2016 film Split was set in the same world as his comic book-inspired 2000 film Unbreakable.

Glass will also be part of the same universe, whose trailer was screened at Comic Con.

Starring Millie Bobby Brown, Godzilla: King of the Monsters is the follow up to 2014’s rather underwhelming Godzilla.

GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY: WHY WAS JAMES GUNN FIRED FROM MARVEL? WHAT DID HE TWEET?

The official plot synopsis goes like this: “Humanity’s existence hangs in the balance when the mighty Godzilla collides with Mothra, Rodan and the three-headed monster King Ghidorah.”

Shazam

DC Comics surprised fans with the trailer for Shazam, which has a much-needed dose of humour into the franchise.

Shazam stars Zachary Levi and It wunderkind Jack Dylan Grazer both as, effectively, the same character using a magical device similar to Tom Hanks’ Big.

She attended Comic-Con on Saturday to talk about the newest instalment of the spook-franchise.

Halloween’s extended trailer premiered at Comic-Con, and the newest in the series isn’t a sequel to the most recent one, but a reboot and a sequel to the 1978 original.

Halloween is on cinemas on October 19, 2018.
