What is the plot of Slaughterhouse Rulez?
The movie takes place at a prestigious boarding school in the English countryside.
A sinkhole suddenly appears at the edge of the campus on a fracking site.
The posh-but-tough students must band together with their teachers to fight for survival against what comes out of the sinkhole.
After all, the sinkhole leads straight to hell.
Who is in the cast of Slaughterhouse Rulez?
Finn Cole plays Don Wallace, a new student at the Slaughterhouse School.
Asa Butterfield plays Willoughby Blake, Don’s roommate at the school who becomes his friend.
Simon Pegg plays Mr Meredith Houseman, a teacher, and Nick Frost plays Woody, an anti-fracking protestor.
Michael Sheen plays The Bat, one of the teachers of the school.
Hermione Corfield plays Clemsie Lawrence and Isabella Laughland plays her best friend Kay.
Jo Hartley plays Babs Wallace, Don’s mother.
Other cast members include Louis Strong as Smudger, Jamie Blackley as Caspar De Brunose, Jassa Ahluwalia as Yuri, Tom Rhys-Harries as Clegg, Max Raphael as Hargreaves, Kit Connor as Wootton, and Jane Stanness as Matron.
The film was directed by Crispian Mills, who co-wrote the script with Henry Fitzherber.
