Spiderman Far From Home release date: When is the new Marvel Spiderman movie released?

Spider-Man has been a major focus of attention for Marvel this year, with the release of Spider-Man: Into the Spider-verse and Marvel’s Spider-Man on PS4. The friendly neighbourhood webslinger is destined for a sequel to the hit film Spider-Man: Homecoming next year. The much-anticipated film will drop after other Marvel blockbusters Avengers 4 and Captain Marvel. Both Captain Marvel and Avengers 4 will have trailers some time this week, but people will be left waiting a little longer for a taste of Peter Parker’s next appearance.

Spider-Man: Far From Home is the sequel to 2017’s Spider-Man: Homecoming, which was the first solo appearance from the superhero in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

The film is expected to follow Peter Parker after the events of Avengers 3 and 4, and will build on the plot of the last title.

Few details have been revealed as to the main plot however, although we do know villain Mysterio is set to take centre stage.

Tom Holland’s Peter Parker will be joined once again by Zendaya’s MJ, Marisa Tomei’s May Parker, and there will be a new addition of Jake Gyllenhaal taking up the role of Mysterio.

When is the new Marvel Spiderman movie released?

The release date for Far From Home is soon after Avengers 4 and Captain Marvel have hit the big screen.

Spider-Man Far From Home has been given a July 5 2019 release date, a matter of months after Avengers 4.

The next instalment will be Tom Holland’s fifth as the superhero, after making his debut in Captain America: Civil War.

Captain Marvel has been given a release date of March 8 2019, and Avengers 4 will be released on April 26 2019.

When will the Spider-Man: Far From Home trailer be released?

With fans so eagerly speculating about the next release of the so far untitled Avengers 4 film, it is only natural they are also waiting for a Spider-Man trailer.

However, there is no official word from Disney or Marvel as to when we can expect the Spider-Man trailer to drop.

What we do have is a teaser from superhero film insider and writer for SuperBroMovies Daniel RPK, who announced the news via Twitter.

He said: “We should be getting the first trailer for Spider-Man: Far From Home and a new trailer for Shazam by the end of next week”.

Shazam is the next film to come from DC after Aquaman is released on December 18.

Avengers 4 and the next Captain Marvel trailer will be released this week.

Daniel RPK claims Captain Marvel’s newest trailer will come tomorrow on December 4, and Avengers 4 the day after on December 5.
