Tottenham chief Daniel Levy has January transfer expectation as Spurs plan sale
Tottenham are expected to be busy in the transfer market when the window opens up in a few months, with the club ready to show several players the door.
And according to Football Insider, Serge Aurier will be one player who will be leaving the north London club in January.
The 26-year-old right-back has struggled to establish himself as a starter since his £23million move in the summer of 2017.
The report claims that while Spurs value Aurier at around £20m, Spurs chairman Daniel Levy does not expect to even get this amount for the Ivory Coast international.
Although Aurier is now in his third year with Spurs, he has only made 45 appearances in all competitions.
Last season he played back-up to Kieran Trippier and despite the England international being sold to Atletico Madrid, Aurier has still not been able to secure a starting place in Mauricio Pochettino’s first-team.
And Aurier could be joined by several other players leaving Tottenham in the January window.
It has been reported that Christian Eriksen, Toby Alderweireld, Jan Vertonghen, Danny Rose and Victor Wanyama could all leave the club in a few months.
