Venom NEW trailer: Tom Hardy’s Marvel anti-hero FINALLY revealed in latest teaser – WATCH

A few months back the first trailer for Venom was released, leaving some fans feeling pretty peeved.

Despite the film being called Venom, the Symbiotic – an amorphous extraterrestrial who creates a symbiotic bond with a single entity – was nowhere to be seen.

Amusingly filmmaker Kevin Smith even said it looked like Tom Hardy: The Movie.

But now a full trailer has arrived and Marvel fans are finally treated to the Mad Max star as Venom.

Hardy plays Eddie Brock, a journalist who ends up hosting the alien who gives him amazing powers.

Once attached to him, Hardy starts feeling sick and hearing voices, before Venom’s powers are unleashed.

Then at the very end of the trailer Venom engulfs his face, taking on the full form.

Carnage’s host is one Celtus Kasady, a psychopath, rumoured to be played by Woody Harrelson.

Kasady is a sadist who is deeply disturbed and in one comic book storyline becomes a serial killer.

Venom will be released in UK cinemas on October 5, 2018.
