Venom is still one day away from its release in the UK.

Critics who have seen the movie already have finally been allowed to tweet their opinions.

Though the responses have been mixed, fans are still ready to see Tom Hardy in the eponymous role.

Some prefer to watch movies in the comfort of their own homes, but is that possible for Venom?

Can you watch the film online?

The answer is no.

While some movies have a simultaneous digital release, Venom has had enough hype surrounding it to get a standalone cinematic release.

The movie is out in the UK tomorrow, on October 3, 2018.

The USA gets the movie two days later, on October 5.

Any site claiming to have an online streaming option for Venom is illegal, so steer clear.

In due time, Venom will likely move to Netflix, and be available for purchase on sites like Amazon Prime and Now TV.

For now, however, you’ll have to head to the queues if you want to see Tom Hardy as Venom.

The movie is being screened in regular cinemas as well as IMAX.

Depending on the success of Venom, its run in cinemas may be extended or cut.

Once the film leaves the cinemas, fans have to then wait anywhere from three to eight months for a digital release.

In this instance, you are able to purchase the streaming capability through Amazon or Now TV, if you have subscriptions to Prime or Sky.

For those who rely on Netflix alone, the wait time may be significantly longer.

The Venom movie had its premiere in Los Angeles and is now preparing for an October rollout.

After the UK and USA, other countries to get the Venom movie are France and Denmark, with 10 and 11 October release dates respectively.

Lastly will be Japan, with a November 2, 2018 release date.

Venom is out in UK cinemas on October 3, 2018.
