Meghan Markle looked chic in a black outfit, adding a pop of colour with a bright blue coat.

Prince Harry‘s wife wore a black knitted body, £98, from Tuxe, a label she has previously worn on royal engagements.

She paired this with a black pleated skirt from Misha Nonoo. The Saturday skirt costs £188, and is currently still in stock – although will be sure to sell out soon.

The most striking element of Meghan’s look was her blue coat, which was from Canadian brand SMYTHE, and costs an eye-watering £1,186.

On her feet, Meghan wore a pair of Sarah Flint ‘Jay’ black pumps, costing £297 – shoes she has worn previously.

Smiling widely, Meghan kept her makeup simple, opting for a light lipstick and pared back eyeshadow.

Her long dark hair was worn in loose curls over her shoulders, perfectly framing her face.

Doria, meanwhile, chose pale colours for her first appearance with Meghan and Harry together since their wedding day in May.

She strode alongside her daughter while wearing a camel coloured fine knit jumper and cropped trousers.

A camel pashmina was draped casually over her shoulders to fight the autumn chill.

Doria completed her outfit with a pair of rose pink low heeled shoes, which featured a thick ankle strap.

Prince Harry accompanied the women in a pair of chinos, a grey jacket and crisp white shirt.

The trio are hosting a lunch to celebrate a charity cookbook which features recipes from women affected by the Grenfell fire tragedy.

Guests will include members of the local community, representatives from Ebury Press – publishers of the book – the Al Manaar Muslim Cultural Heritage Centre, where the cooks are based, and the Royal Foundation.

Meghan wrote the foreword to the new book produced by cooks from the Hubb Community Kitchen, an initiative based near the site of the West London tower – her first solo project as a member of the Royal Family.

The Duchess said she “immediately felt connected” to the kitchen at the Al Manaar cultural centre, which she first visited in secret in January.

She continued to make other secret trips to the centre to meet volunteers and learn more about their work.
