The Greatest Showman digital, DVD and Blu-ray release dates: When can fans BUY it?

The Greatest Showman put on a great show at the global box office.

After a steady opening at Christmas it continued to thrill crowds and raise the roof as word spread. 

The movie hit the high notes at the box office with a whopping $420million haul on an $85million budget and even more impressive was the chart dominance of the movie’s soundtrack.

With the rousing songs still ringing in fans’ ears, they will be able to buy and keep the musical marvel very soon.

The movie is available to stream and download at the end of this month with the traditional disc formats following a few weeks later.

The home entertainment packages come complete with bonus features.

These include a documentary The Family Behind the Greatest Showman and features on Characters, Choreography, Cinematography, Production Design and Scoring. There are also two galleries on the Concept Art and Storyboards.

But what about the music?

Fired up by hit songs like The Greatest Show, Rewrite The Stars and This Is Me, the Original Soundtrack sat at the top of the UK charts for a staggering 11 weeks and also topped the charts in Japan, Australia and the US.

It is no surprise. then, that the musical numbers feature heavily on the home entertainment packages.

A bonus feature called Music Machine includes all the songs from the film, including intros, reprises and end credits, with a singalong function and an audio commentary by director Michael Gracey.

THE GREATEST SHOWMAN is available via Digital Download on April 27 and to own on DVD and Blu-ray on May 14.
