Duchess of Cornwall beams for the cameras as she steps out with Prince Charles in France

Camilla Parker Bowles the Duchess of Cornwall arrived in Nice, France today with her husband Prince Charles, 69.

The 70-year-old smiled brightly as the she arrived in the country, wearing a powder blue dress.

The tightly fitted gown clung to her waist and had large pleats.

She also carried a grey handbag, which could be a Burberry design, and a pearl necklace.

She appeared to add shoes from French fashion brand Chanel.

Camilla wore one of her pearl chokers.

The mother-of-two has a number of these styles of necklaces, which appear to be a favourite of hers.

This piece is the four strand pearl choker with a diamond claps, one of her signature styles. Camilla wears this necklace often.

It has one huge central diamond with a circular diamond design behind it.

She has been wearing the piece since early 2010.

Camilla and her husband joined officials as the Prince and his wife signed a visitors book.

They were surrounded by officials on the red carpet, including Lord Llewellyn, ambassador to France, and George-Francois Leclere, Prefet of the Alpes-Maritimes Region.

Charles wore a grey suit with brown shoes and a place lilac shirt and tie.

They couples arrived at Villa Massena where they will lay a wreath for the victims of the Nice attacks.

The site is a memorial for the attack in Nice which took place on Bastille Day in July 2016.
