It Chapter 2 FIRST LOOK cast photos: Jessica Chastain, James McAvoy, Bill Hader and MORE

The summer shoot has already begun on the horror sequel, one that’s set 27 years after the original.

Last year Stephen King fans were introduced to Bill Skarsgard’s Pennywise the Dancing Clown, as he terrorised the children of Derry, Maine in 1989.

But now the adult cast of the Losers Club have come together for some set photos alongside some of the child actors.

Posted on Reddit the first images see the cast hanging out, presumably out of character, in a series of black and white snaps.

Most prominent are McAvoy, Chastain and Hader, who play the main Losers Club members, Bill, Beverly and Richie.

In one snap Chastain and McAvoy are holding up their characters name cards indicating the photos were taken at a read-through of the film’s script prior to principal photography.

Another featured cast member is Isaiah Mustafa who plays older Mike Hanlon, looking a tad grumpy at his snap, while James Ransome, who portrays older Eddie, appears to be in another picture.

But most exciting of all is one of McAvoy with two of the younger Losers club actors from the first film; younger Bill star Jaeden Lieberher and younger Eddie actor Jack Dylan Grazer.

McAvoy wrote on his official Instagram: “Day 1 on IT 2.

“Glad you got the memo guys #passthecheeseplease #derryordairy.”

The picture itself was a shot of the star reflected in a mirror holding a triangle piece of The Laughing Cow cheese.

Sadly McAvoy’s snap doesn’t reveal anything about It: Chapter 2 apart from a poor pun.

It: Chapter Two will be released in UK cinemas on September 6, 2019.
