Spider-Man 2 Far From Home: Return of THIS character ‘confirmed’ as filming begins in UK

It seems Mr Delmar will be back – after actor Hemky Madera was spotted alongside Holland.

Sure enough, his wife Jesse Lynn Madera has been posting to Instagram from the UK, confirming that Hemky is with her on our shores.

Delmar was the owner of a Deli-Grocery in Queens, New York, in Spider-Man: Homecoming – but it was badly damaged by a robber’s weapon.

What exactly his character is doing in the UK – unless the Queens scenes are being filmed over here – remains to be seen.

Yesterday numerous photos emerged of Holland as Peter Parker in Bishop’s Stortford, filming scenes for the sequel to the 2017 smash.

Reddit user MrTommo2304 explained on Reddit: “Tom Holland has been spotted in my random little English town of Bishop’s Stortford.

“People are gathering en masse to try and see him and the crew. Apparently he’s gone into the post office in regular clothes at one point…”

They added: “I’m being told that rumours are circulating that Tom Hardy is showing up at 3pm and Jake Gyllenhaal is supposed to be arriving tomorrow.”

A Hardy appearance would be quite the big news, given that he plays Venom – but in movies that have not crossed-over with MCU.

Jake Gyllenhaal, meanwhile, has been rumoured multiple times to be playing Mysterio, but Marvel boss Kevin Feige remained coy when pushed for confirmation last month.

“Well, I mean, sure, let the speculation begin. That’s always fun,” he told ComicBook.com.

He also said: “We like [the title] of course because it ties into Homecoming, not just keeping that word going, which we like and we liked it more than Homecoming 2, but that notion of ‘home’ is a word that has dual meanings we’d like to continue with this version of Spider-Man.

“So, Far From Home has multiple meanings.”

Peter Parker seemed to be killed off at the end of Avengers: Infinity War, as Thanos (Josh Brolin) successfully wiped out half of all humanity.

But next year’s Avengers 4 is expected to explain their fates in finer detail – as we know that the cast members who turned to ash are all due to reappear.

Plus, it was revealed last year that the sequel to Spider-Man: Homecoming would be set within “minutes” of the end of Avengers 4.
