Which beauty products do you swear by?

I had bad skin growing up and I swear by oral supplements.

I also use an exfoliator face wash by St. Ives and Bio-Oil every night to keep my skin moisturised.

What’s always in your make-up bag?

Mascara, because I have blonde eyelashes.

I’ve used Maybelline Great Lash Waterproof Mascara since I was younger and swear by it.

I sweat a lot in the gym and my boyfriend [rugby player James Haskell] and I will do a spa and sauna afterwards, and it still stays in place.

It’s the best one.

What’s your best beauty tip?

Keep your skin hydrated, which is hard for me because I have combination skin, so I’m either greasy or dry and flaky!

Which women do you consider beautiful?

When my parents [Judy Finnigan and Richard Madeley] were doing their daily TV show, I would meet the celebrities milling around the studios, and the most beautiful

was Drew Barrymore.

She was absolutely stunning, with flawless skin and a really lovely glow about her.

What’s your signature fragrance?

I love Chanel Coco Mademoiselle.

How do you pamper yourself?

For me, training in the gym is my equivalent of girly spa time.

I enjoy being in the gym and moving my body and feeling strong and active.

Do you diet?

I’m interested in nutrition and fascinated by the changes you can make to your body through diet and exercise.

I track my food, so it’s easy for me to see what I’m eating, and if I want to push myself and get into great shape, I’ll just cut down on portion sizes.

Do you take any health supplements?

Ubiquinol, which I’ll take after breakfast because it’s beneficial for my training and has a huge effect on stamina and recovery.

I also take Omega 3 and a multivitamin and a protein supplement.

Do you have a style icon?

Rihanna is a style goddess – I wish I could have a day in her wardrobe.

How would you describe your style?

Comfortable.

Do you have a favourite shop or boutique?

I’m such a high street girl.

Urban Outfitters is my mecca.

Chloe is an ambassador for Kaneka and the ‘Powered by Ubiquinol’ campaign. Visit powered-by-ubiquinol.com.
