Ivanka Trump shows off thrifty side wearing striking dress she first debuted last year

Ivanka Trump, 36, posed for pictures outside the White House with a group of Governors who met to discuss prison reform.

Stood by a sea of men in suits, Ivanka stood out in the red and white printed dress.

The sleeveless dress featured a square neckline and came down to her knees.

A bold choice, it is one the mum-of-three has worn before, attending a signing of an executive order by her father, Donald Trump, at the White House last year.

A Carolina Herrera design, the silk dress cost £1950.49 ($2,490) at the time.

While last time Ivanka wore nude strappy heels with it, this time she chose a pair of blinding white court shoes.

Her hair was worn in a side parting and pulled back in to a low bun.

Deep red lipstick added a pop of colour to her face, with smoky eyeshadow completing the look.

Ivanka is a fan of designer dresses, and earlier this week stepped out in a Roland Mouret design.

The beautiful First Daughter wore the Roland Mouret dress, which retails at $2,265 (£1,758).

Ivanka’s dress was embellished with a grey and yellow flower design.

It had an asymmetric neckline which flattered the slim blonde’s shoulders.

Ivanka paired the look with a pair of pointed nude suede heels which did not detract from her dress.

She also wore her long, straight blonde hair tied back in a chic chignon hair style.

Ivanka isn’t actually Ivanka Trump’s real name. The 36-year old was given the nickname of Ivanka during her childhood, and is actually named after a woman very special to her.

Ivanka is actually named after her mother, with her real name being Ivana Marie Trump.

Just like her brother Donald Trump Jr, who was named after their father, Ivanka’s named was taken from her mother – a former model and businesswoman.

In 2010 Ivanka took to Twitter to reveal her real name and clear up any confusion, by tweeting: “My actual name is Ivana. In Czech, Ivanka is the baby name for Ivana, like Bobby to Robert.”
