The Slumber Party hitmaker, who released her new album Glory last year, has revealed plans to perform two international shows this summer.

Unfortunately, there are no scheduled shows in the UK – or anywhere in Europe. At least not yet.

For now, her website confirms Britney will be in Manila, Philippines on June 15, and Tel Aviv, Israel on July 3.

On Twitter, she said simply: “Excited to be performing abroad this summer!”

However, the Daily Star reports that Japan, Argentina, Brazil, France and the UK will be announced in due course.

“Britney has wanted to tour for ages, her time in Vegas has given her so much more confidence and she can’t wait,” a source told the paper.

“The current plan is for the Piece of Me show to be duplicated around the world instead of a whole new set being created from scratch but discussions are in the early stages.”

Tickets for the show in Manila are on sale on April 5 from 10am local time, which will be 2am in the UK. As for Tel Aviv, the seats are on the market right now.

Spears will then return to Vegas for more shows throughout August and September, as her Piece of Me residency continues.

The star performed a rare UK gig last year shortly after Glory’s release, when she took to the stage in Camden, London, for the Apple Music Festival.

“The Apple Music gig was a way to test the water how this would be possible and it was a success,” the Star’s insider added.

It came after Glory became her joint highest-charting album to date on our shores. However, it has not yielded any further singles since the Tinashe collaboration Slumber Party, which finished at No86 in the US.

The star burst onto the scene in 1999 and has sold over 100 million records worldwide.

Earlier this year an unauthorised biopic was lambasted by her fans.
