Sneaking out of her $16 million Park Avenue penthouse to run errands, Ivanka was spotted underneath an umbrella held by a security man.

She was dressed in a navy blue sweater, with maroon, green, yellow and white stripes on the bottom of the sleeves, and a pair of wide-leg trousers in a matching colour.

The First Daughter ditched her usual heels for a pair of $295 (£235) Marc Jacobs trainers to finish off the look.

She wore her hair straight and down and had a bare face with no make-up.

But while Ivanka and her family looked happy and relaxed on holiday, the news also came last week that her clothing company was being sued by a San Francisco retailer.

Modern Appealing Clothing filed a lawsuit against Ivanka Trump Marks LLC to stop her products from being sold in California, after her firm was said to have gained an “unfair advantage”.

The lawsuit said Ivanka, who transferred her company to a trust after her father took office, is guilty of “exploiting the power and prestige off the White House for personal gain, including, but not limited to, piggy-backing promotion of defendant Ivanka Trump products on appearances at executive brand and other governmental events.”

It added that President Trump, his trusted advisor Kellyanne Conway and White House spokesman Sean Spicer have all helped bps sales of Ivanka Trump Marks LLC products.
