Avengers 4 director ‘CONFIRMS’ return of this DEAD Avengers Infinity War character
Thanos’ Snap at the end of Marvel‘s Avengers Infinity War claimed the lives of a number of superheroes.
But now Avengers 4 director Joe Russo appears to have revealed Chadwick Boseman’s Black Panther will be coming back from the dead.
Of course this isn’t exactly surprising since we already know Black Panther 2 is in the works.
Speaking with Wired, the filmmaker said: “Black Panther has tremendous potential as a character in the Marvel universe.”
If the character has potential that can surely only be referencing to his future?
Russo continued: “I think that Wakanda is essential to whatever may happen post Avengers: Infinity War to how the world may deal with what has happened to them.
“Chadwick’s portrayal of that character adds a whole new level to the Marvel universe, he’s bringing a quiet intensity and a regality to that character.
“The technology that Wakanda has at its disposal is valuable to repairing the world moving forward.”
He added: “He was a character that we loved working with in Civil War.
“You see by the end of the film, he rises above the fray and he displays forgiveness.
“That nobility is critical, and something that separates him from some of the other characters in the Marvel universe, because that’s not always the case, that’s what makes them all unique.”
Yesterday the Russo posted a now deleted image which may be teasing the Avengers 4 title.
Screenshotted by fans and post on Reddit, the imagine showed the text: “Infinity Mirrored Room: Aftermath of Obliteration of Eternity.”
The post was captioned: “A4 title reveal… #infiniteKUSAMA.”
At first glance the “title reveal” is obviously the Russo Brothers trolling their fans due to the length of title.
In reality, as referenced in the hashtag, it’s the title of an art instalment by Yayoi Kusama at Houston’s Museum of Fine Arts.
