Avengers 4 leaks: Does THIS picture prove shock Hulk storyline? BAD news for Bruce Banner

A series of leaked images has sent Avengers fans into a frenzy.

The pictures spread online and show characters like Captain America, Captain Marvel and Iron Man in new costumes for Avengers 4.

There’s even Hawkeye in a black armoured costume which seems to confirm his incarnation as Ronin.

But the character who actually looks different himself, and not just because of his costume, is Hulk.

The images have been disappearing as fast as they appeared, suggesting somebody is in rather a lot of trouble.

The images were tagged as potential inspiration for Hot Toys merchandise designs.

Iron Man is shown in retro armour which appears to acknowledge the time travel or flashback theories, while Captain America has a mysterious scaled effect to his armour.

Hulk, though, looks even more human than we have ever seen him before, tying in with the growing Professor Hulk rumours.

Ever since Hulk’s refusal to come out and fight in Infinity War, fans have been wondering where the Bruce Banner storyline is heading.

The leaked artwork earlier this year showed the whole team, including a new version of Hulk with features that look more recognisaby like Banner, more human.

This corresponds with a popular incarnation from the comics where the two identities merge Hulk’s strength with Banner’s intellect.

The new image shows this, plus a new grey spandex full body costume, where Hulk has never worn a superhero costume before on screen.

The images were all posted by Twitter user James Tong who tagged the Hulk image: “A closer look of the Professor Hulk.”

This would spell trouble for Banner who would become integrated into the new merged incarnation, losing his own clear self in the process.
