Avengers Infinity War: Does THIS Avengers 4 set video prove Ant-Man uses the Time Stone?

WARNING SPOILERS FOR AVENGERS INFINITY WAR AHEAD

Following the Marvel epic’s shocking ending, much mystery still surrounds Avengers 4.

While the title, a spoiler, is yet to be announced, some set photos and videos have emerged giving clues to how the Avengers will make their big fight back against Thanos.

Most significant of all is seeing Ant-Man star Paul Rudd in places he shouldn’t be, or more specifically – times.

Last August Marvel Studios promoted their Day of Giving from the Avengers 4 set, which gives us some clues.

Led by Gamora star Zoe Saldana, the announcement video raising support for those affected by Hurricane Harvey included a number of big names among the crew.

Aside from Marvel boss Kevin Feige and directors Joe and Anthony Russo were Nebula star Karen Gillan, and Ant-Man and the Wasp actors Rudd and Evangeline Lilly.

Now what’s fascinating is Saldana is wearing her costume from the first Guardians of the Galaxy movie.

And with Ant-Man and the Wasp there, we can only presume they have gone back in time.

After all, Gamora was murdered by Thanos in Avengers Infinity War.

Fans have suspected Ant-Man will time travel ever since previous set photos hit the internet featuring the shrinking Avenger at the Battle of New York with Iron Man, Captain America and the Hulk – an event that took place in 2012’s Avengers Assemble without Ant-Man.

And since neither he nor the Wasp appeared in Avengers Infinity War, fans are hoping that this summer’s Ant-Man and the Wasp will provide some answers.

One theory is Ant-Man will steal the Time Stone from Thanos by sneaking up on him when shrunken down in size.

Interestingly fans reckon they’ve spotted Ant-Man on an IMAX poster for Avengers Infinity War.

And where does he just happen to be? Hanging on to the Time Stone slot on Thanos’ Infinity Gauntlet.

If not the green Infinity gem, then surely it’s got to be something to do with the Quantum Realm and the multi-verse?

Ant-Man and the Wasp is released in UK cinemas on August 3, 2018, while Avengers 4 will follow on April 26, 2019.
