FIFA 19 budget: Transfer funds for EVERY Premier League team revealed
FIFA 19 budget news is beginning to emerge as EA Sports prepare to launch their newest edition of the best-selling football franchise.
Premier League team transfer kittys appear to have been leaked ahead of launch, with four teams given over £100million to splash in the game.
Manchester United failed to satisfy Jose Mourinho in the summer with a string of missed transfer targets, but his loss could be your gain.
The Red Devils will have almost £200m to spend in FIFA 19, while Liverpool fans could be in for a shock compared to other elite teams.
Express Sport has rounded up every Premier League team’s transfer budget on FIFA 19 according to fifagamenews.com.
Arsenal – £110,810,000
The Gunners made plenty of signings in the summer to reshape the squad, but a big budget will allow you to sign a marquee superstar.
Bournemouth – £41,627,000
Eddie Howe’s men spent big cash on Jefferson Lerma in the summer, but they still have plenty of resources to use up.
Brighton – £28,807,000
The Seagulls made some big investments over the summer to reduce the risk of second season syndrome. You won’t have too much left in the kitty.
Burnley – £39,657,000
Sean Dyche’s shrewd spending has kept Burnley afloat and thriving, but you will have the chance to make big changes.
Cardiff City – £28,667,000
Keeping the Bluebirds in the top flight will be a challenge, especially considering their modest budget.
Chelsea – £112,435,000
Maurizio Sarri’s delayed appointment slowed down progress over the summer, but big investments were made and there’s still room for improvements.
Crystal Palace – £42,471,000
Palace need a striker, and £42m will go a long way towards securing a top class striking talent.
Everton – £66,082,000
Taking the Toffees back among the elite teams will be a tough test. Their budget is high, but lacks the clout of the teams above them.
Fulham – £39,976,000
The Premier League new boys revolutionised their squad in the summer, but there’s still enough left to unearth more gems.
Huddersfield – £30,800,000
David Wagner made improvements to his team, but £30m will need to stretch a long way to add real quality to the Terriers’ ranks.
Leicester City – £51,788,000
The Foxes made some big moves in the summer, but they have plenty of the Riyad Mahrez money left over for improvements.
Liverpool – £94,010,000
Fans on Merseyside may be disappointed to see a budget under the £100m mark, but big summer investments have taken up a huge chunk of the budget.
Manchester City – £176,002,000
City’s near-endless cash reserves will have many fans flocking to the reigning champions.
Manchester United – £195,362,000
Jose Mourinho missed out on plenty of transfer targets over the summer, meaning you’ll have a staggering budget to play with on FIFA 19.
Newcastle United – £33,902,000
The natives are restless on Tyneside, with Rafa Benitez bringing in profits rather than top players. The in-game budget won’t be high.
Southampton – £42,693,000
The Saints spent big money on continental talents this summer, and have enough left to raid Europe in FIFA 19.
Tottenham – £79,681,000
Spurs infamously failed to make any additions to their squad over the summer, yet they won’t have massive cash to splash on the game. They’ll have a lovely stadium though.
Watford – £42,127,000
The Hornets seem to get by on a cycle of sacking managers and spending just about enough money on obscure talents. They have Richarlison cash in the bank.
West Ham – £65,223,000
Things are going well in the real world for the Hammers, but £100m worth of talent plus another £65m in the kitty will make them an attractive option in virtual terms.
Wolves – £56,848,000
Last season’s Championship champions have notoriously close ties with super-agent Jorge Mendes, but you’ll be able to scout beyond Portugal with a big budget in the game.
