IT Chapter 2 plot leak: Horror sequel will include THIS shocking Pennywise gay murder
It will be hard to top the chills of last year’s movie.
The blockbuster horror was one of the biggest releases of 2017 worldwide and IT 2 is already one of the most anticipated films – and it won’t hit cinemas until September next year.
The first movie, of course, only brought the first half of Stephen King’s iconic novel to the big screen.
The main cast for the sequel has already been revealed but a new announcement confirms the inclusion of yet another deeply disturbing Pennywise murder.
Major Hollywood stars Jessica Chastain and James McAvoy are already on board and the latter started a fan frenzy when he released the ‘first picture’ of the new production.
Bizarely it was a triangle of processed soft cheese.
The latest casting news, however, gives a much more concrete picture of what lies in store for fans and potentially reveals how the movie will open.
Hollywood site Deadline just reported that a hot upcoming star has been cast as a tragic gay character whose death sparks the return of the Losers Club.
Deadline said: “Xavier Dolan and Will Beinbrink have landed supporting roles in New Line Cinema’s IT Chapter Two for director Andy Muschietti.
“Dolan will be playing the role of Adrian Mellon. In the Stephen King novel, Mellon was a gay man living in Derry who was attacked by bullies. Beinbrink will play Tom Rogan who was Beverly’s abusive lover in the book and the 1990s miniseries.”
In the book the gay couple are attacked by homophobic bullies and Mellon falls from a bridge.
As everyone involved races to help him, Pennywise darts out from the shadows and kills him. It is the horriying villain’s first murder in the later time period. It is the first sign that Pennywise is about to launch a new wave of terror on Derry.
In the new movie it is expected to be the terrible news which persuades the scattered grown-up Losers Club that their old enemy is back and must be stopped once more.
