Ivanka Trump channels inner astronaut in $1,000 suit as she climbs aboard space shuttle

Ivanka Trump, 36, was in Houston, Texas yesterday touring the NASA Johnson Space Centre.

Getting into the spirit of things, the “first daughter” wore a bright white power suit, blending in with the astronaut outfits on display.

The 36-year-old was at the centre to meet local high school students involved in a robotics competition.

During the tour, she also met with astronaut Nicole Mann, played with robots and climbed into a space shuttle.

Channelling her inner astronaut, Ivanka wore a stunning white power suit, perfect for the hot Texas weather.

To match the crisp, double-breasted blazer, Ivanka wore the matching pair of Frame “fine linen boot-cut pants”, retailing at $330.

The smart and stylish trousers were cut just above the ankle, showing off Ivanka’s trim legs.

She paired the striking white linen suit with a pair of black, flat shoes – an unusual move for the usually high heel-clad Ivanka.

The summery patent black flats had a pointed toe and featured a strap across the top of her foot.

Keeping things minimalistic, she wore no accessories with her monochrome outfit, apart from an edgy pair of drop down black earrings.

She wore her glossy blonde hair in her signature, laid-back look, straightened and down.

Also keeping her makeup to a minimum, the mother-of-three wore a nude pink lip and subtle smokey eye.

The “first daughter” looked in her element as she grinned ear-to-ear touring the space facilities with US Senator, Ted Cruz.

During the visit, Ivanka was seen posing for a light-hearted photo opp inside one of the space shuttles.

Laughing with the high school students, the senior advisor to the President also tried out the entries, with her and the students in fits of laughter.

Ivanka’s outfit for the tour of the space station was very different to the 1950s style attire she wore to a recent cabinet meeting.

Putting on a powerful display at the White House earlier this week, Ivanka wore a tailored, 1950s style jacket – a stark contrast to her white, modern power suit.

The black and white jacket was emblazoned with tiny black and white checks, tight-fitting around Ivanka’s arms and shoulders.

Adding even more femininity to the smart jacket, the garment featured a pussy-bow tie that hung loosely around her neck.

Channelling the 1950s, the stylish jacket was fastened with large gold buttons down the middle.
