Ivanka Trump poses with Kim Kardashian at the White House in latest Instagram post

Ivanka Trump was accompanied by Kim Kardashian yesterday for a meeting at the White House.

The daughter of Donald Trump, 72, posed with the reality star in pictures posted on her Instagram.

Standing next to husband Jared Kushner, 37, Ivanka was wearing a mint green suit.

The two piece suit was made up of a double breasted jacket with large pockets.

She wore a pair of matching green trousers with a front crease, cropped to above the ankle.

Finally, she had on a pair of white pointed stilettos which added to her 5 foot 11 inches of height.

Her blonde hair was swept back in a chic chignon with strands escaping at the front.

She accessorised with a pair of diamond stud earrings and a hint of smokey shadow on her eyes.

The post was captioned: “Great working session today at the White House on ways to improve the clemency process with policy leaders and criminal justice reform advocates.”

Kim Kardashian, meanwhile, wore a very different style of suit with a black tuxedo look.

She wore an oversized black tuxedo jacket which was worn open over a black T-shirt.

She also wore black skinny trousers underneath and a pair of pointed black boots with a stiletto heel.

Kim recently became involved in US politics after pressuring Donald Trump for the release of Alice Johnson, 63, who was sentenced to life in prison.

She posted about yesterday’s meeting on her personal Twitter account yesterday.

She wrote: “It started with Ms. Alice, but looking at her and seeing the faces and learning the stories of the men and women I’ve met inside prisons I knew I couldn’t stop at just one. It’s time for REAL systemic change.”

Last week, Ivanka was “slammed” for an £800 dress she wore said to resemble a lampshade.

She made a bold style choice in a midi pink embellished dress with a full, tiered skirt.

She paired it with a pair of champagne coloured silk pumps with a rectangular shaped diamante front.

The outfit was showcased in a tweet by fellow event attendee Becki Falwell, who posted it on her Twitter account @beckilu71.

However, it would seem the experimental style – which differed from Ivanka’s more conservative everyday looks – was not well received.
