However Lazenby is back starring in a new documentary about how he landed the role, called Becoming Bond.
While it’s yet to be released in the UK, the actor has been doing the film festival circuits revealing all kinds of shocking secrets, including his claim that Diana Rigg wanted to be with him, but caught him with another woman on set.
Now in a new interview with The Guardian, he’s slammed his predecessor Connery, for overusing stuntmen in his Bond films.
Lazenby has also spoken out about his regrets of not doing another Bond film.
He admitted: “When I was broke a couple of times, I thought, sh**, I should have done another Bond movie.”
