LONDON BLOODBATH: Teen ‘stabbed multiple times in back’ in West Drayton attack
A resident who lives near to the scene outside West Drayton train station reported the male victim was attacked with a Rambo-style hunting knife.
They said: “16-year-old kid had just been stabbed multiple times in the back. Literally 100 metres from mine. Local guys said it with a ‘Rambo’ knife and said the kid was harmless. Jesus lord what is happening to London…”
Police said the victim, who is in his “late teens”, is in a “serious but stable” condition.
Emergency services were called to the scene at Station Approach shortly after 2pm after receiving reports of a stabbing.
A police cordon is in place outside West Drayton station though the stain is still open to passengers.
A Metropolitan Police spokesman said: “The male aged in his late teens has been taken to a central London hospital where his condition has been assessed as serious but stable.
“At this early stage, it is thought that he was assaulted on Warwick Road.
“There have been no arrests and enquiries continue.”
Today’s stabbing in West Drayton comes less than 24 hours after a man was attacked in Barnet, north London.
The victim suffered a slash wound to the leg in the attack on Cricklewood Lane.
Police and paramedics cordoned off the road just before 11pm on Monday night.
