Narnia child star Skandar Keynes looks like THIS now – as he 'swaps acting for politics'

After co-star Georgie Henley recently made waves with her professional London stage debut, it seems a fitting time to see what else the Narnia kids are up to as young adults.

Anna Popplewell, for one, has continued to act – including a role on the US TV series Reign.

Keynes, however – now 26 – decided to turn his back on acting altogether, reportedly in favour of politics; specifically the Conservative party.

The London-born former actor is said to now be a political advisor, who has recently worked alongside Conservative MP Crispin Blunt.

Fansite Skandar and Georgie reported last year that he was at the Conservative Party Conference in Manchester, taking time to also take part in the Pimlico Plumbers Apprenticeship Challenge while he was there.

Whether or not he is still working with Blunt is something of a question mark – Keynes has not disclosed any specifics about his job on Twitter.

But the politically aware former Edmund Pevensie is consistently retweeting support for the likes of Blunt and other causes, and he also is clearly still good friends with Henley, having congratulated her on her recent theatre success.

The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader, released in 2010, was his final movie role, and his third as Edmund after 2005’s The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe and 2008’s Prince Caspian.

He is also credited as giving his voice to audio drama The Extraordinary Adventures of G.A. Henty: In Freedom’s Cause in 2014.

Meanwhile William Moseley, now 30, played Peter in the Narnia series and is also still acting, like Popplewell and Henley.

He is currently appearing in TV series The Royals, as Prince Liam.
