Prince Harry and Meghan Markle news latest update: Biggest clue yet engagement is imminent

Who could design Meghan Markle’s wedding dress? The man who crafted Pippa Middleton’s bridal gown has thrown his hat into the ring.

Giles Deacon said he would be “more than delighted” to design Meghan’s wedding gown. 

Pippa Middleton wore a high—necked, cap-sleeved lace gown.

The pair have mostly been very private about their relationship, but Meghan did speak out about the Prince in an interview with Vanity Fair in September 2017.

The actress, who stars in US legal drama Suits, said she and Prince Harry are “in love” and he is her “boyfriend”.

She said: “We’re a couple. We’re in love.

It is claimed the pair have a wedding date in mind. 

A source told Vanity Fair: “William and Kate are expecting their third baby mid April, and Harry won’t want to overshadow the birth of another prince or princess, and, of course, the Duchess will need some time to recover before she is at such a high-profile event.

“The most likely date is early summer 2018, which neatly ties in with Harry and Meghan’s second anniversary.“

Another source also revealed the couple are likely to be married at St George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle in a private ceremony.

Prince Harry, 33, and Meghan Markle, 36, have been dating for more than a year now and rumours the couple are already engaged or about to be engaged are rife. 

The couple have spent the last year travelling between the Suits star’s home town of Toronto and London in order to see each other. 

One source told The Sun online the couple “just can’t bear to be apart at the moment”. 

Speculation has now come that royal aides have already been instructed to start planning a wedding for next year.
