Queen Letizia swamped in fuchsia tunic and boat-like flats as she visits Haitian projects
Queen Letizia, 45, has spent the past two days winning the hearts of the Dominican Republic, now turning her attention to Haiti.
Spending two days on the Caribbean Island, she showed off her more relaxed and laid-back side, meeting and greeting locals from the Cite Soleil Neighbourhood.
The Spanish Queen was all smiles, despite being noticeably missing from Saturday’s Royal Wedding, usually a gathering of some of Europe’s top royalty.
Wearing her hair straight and down by her shoulders, her svelte frame was hidden in a fuchsia tunic buttoned up to the neck.
She matched the look with casual white trousers and clunky flat-form wedges, yet appeared as radiant as ever, laughing and smiling with locals. She dressed up the outfit with her signature smoky eye and berry lipstick, perfectly complementing the tunic.
Her off-white cigarette trousers were cut off at the ankle, elegatly pleated down the middle to show off her toned legs.
This is not the first time the Spanish Queen has wore these trousers during the trip, making their debut on Monday in the Dominican Republic.
Queen Letizia has spent the last two days visiting the Dominican Republic where she made an impression on the community, and not only in the style department.
The mum-of-two has been carrying our royal duties, visiting the Caribbean to support Spanish cooperation projects.
Her latest visit, where she can be seen laughing and smiling with babies and nuns, took place at the St. Vincent de Paul Sisters College in Port-au-Prince.
The Queen has spent the last two days in the Dominican Republic, where yesterday she wowed in a navy blue jumpsuit featuring large, painterly flowers.
Visiting a banana plantation, the Queen wore her hair in a smilier style, but opting for a more made up look topped with smoky eye and berry lipstick – despite the blazing Caribbean heat.
Her elegant, floral jumpsuit was the second outfit of yesterday for Queen Letizia, having previously met Dominican President Danila Medina and his wife Candida de Montilla for lunch at the Nacional Palace.
The Spanish Queen displayed her full regal grace, donning a outfit fit for the red carpet.
Framing her slender 5’6 frame, the 45-year-old wore a lose, polka dot halter-neck dress, sinched in at the waist.
The Caroline Herrera dress, one of the royal’s most loved and trusted designers, was paired with simple black pointed stiletto heels, elongating her figure.
She accessorized the £2300 dress with drop diamond earrings from Spanish jewellery designer Tous.
Queen Letizia previously wore the off-white trousers while meeting locals as part of a Spanish water distribution project in the Monte Plata community near Santo Domingo.
Opting for something more flattering, she paired the trousers with a loose fitting top decorated with vertical stripes.
A stark change from her elegant ensemble to meet the President she wore black lace up brogues, later adding to the daringly white outfit with a simple black blazer.
