Royal wedding jewellery: Stunning jewels worn by Kate Middleton, the Queen & Camilla
The Duchess of Cornwall wears her Welsh gold wedding ring with her art deco style square-cut diamond engagement ring which was a family heirloom, originally worn by the Queen Mother.
On her wedding day to Prince Charles, Camilla wore a pair of diamond flower pendant earrings. The earliest sighting of the earrings was in 2002 and they were also worn by Camilla’s daughter Laura on her wedding day in 2006.
The Queen teamed her wedding day tiara, Queen Mary’s Fringe Tiara, with a double-strand pearl necklace when she married Prince Phillip in 1947. The pearls were in fact, two pearl necklaces, the smaller Queen Anne necklace and the larger Queen Caroline necklace, both a wedding present from her parents.
Princess Diana borrowed her mother’s pear-shaped diamond earrings for her 1981 wedding to Prince Charles. She also famously wore the Spencer Tiara.
