They wrote: “Don’t buy things you don’t need. It’s harder than it sounds. Because you want it, doesn’t mean you need it.
“If I have the itch to go shopping – typically out of plain boredom – I’ll go to the thrift store. I bought groceries, so I won’t go out to eat for lunch or dinner or coffee.
