Toy Story 4: Is there new Toy Story 4 footage?

The CineEurope convention saw plenty of new information from the blockbuster house Disney.

From Captain Marvel to Avengers, information has been flooding the internet.

Is there new Toy Story 4 footage?

Yes but unfortunately for fans, it isn’t widely available.

The new Toy Story 4 footage was shown to the lucky few attendees of the CineEurope convention.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the clip screened at CineEurope had the return of everyone’s favourite characters Woody and Buzz Lightyear.

Plenty of other toys from the first three films also made an appearance.

All footage shown at CineEurope is held close to the vest, and viewers had to forfeit their phones.

The likelihood of the Toy Story 4 footage will make its way to the internet is slim.

However, someone on twitter confirmed there will be new toy-heroes in Toy Story 4.

They confirmed the existence of a Hawaiian girl doll named Lulu, a character teased at D23 (the official Disney fan club).

The viewer confirmed Lulu appears in Toy Story 4.

Patricia Arquette will also reportedly be joining Toy Story as a character described as a “hippie mother.”

Pixar is calling Toy Story 4 a standalone adventure-cum-love story and the plot centres around the search for the missing Bo Peep.

John Lasseter, former Pixar chief creative officer and superstar director who helmed the first two Toy Story films was set to direct Toy Story 4 until his resignation following misconduct allegations in the wake of the Me Too movement.

Now, Josh Cooley (formerly the co-director with Lasseter) will be the sole director for Toy Story 4.

Most of the cast of the previous films will again reprise their character roles.

However, due to Don Rickles death in 2017, it’s likely that Mr Potato Head will have to be recast for Toy Story 4.

Toy Story 4 has a release date of June 21, 2019.
