Wonder Woman 1984 recently began production and director Patty Jenkins has taken to sharing sneak peeks on Twitter to the delight of fans.
Wonder Woman herself, Gal Gadot, has also shared a few buzzworthy first looks into DC Comic’s sequel.
Are there photos of Kristen Wiig as Cheetah in Wonder Woman?
Yesterday, Jenkins took to Twitter once again to post a photo of Kristen Wiig on set as the mortal version of her character Cheetah, Barbara Minerva.
The photo shows the character looking unassuming in a wide shot.

Wiig is a curly-haired, plainly dressed civilian surrounded by statues of lions, giraffes, and antelope.
Perhaps a foreshadow her predatory tendencies, the shot has already garnered plenty of social media attention.
Gal Gadot is set to bring some brand new footage from the Wonder Woman sequel titled Wonder Woman 1984 to her appearance at Comic Con in July.
The sequel is due to be released in November next year and production just started earlier this month.

Wonder Woman 1984 stars Gal Gadot as the eponymous superhero, with Chris Pine likely to reprise his role.
Pedro Pascal also stars in the film in an undisclosed role, though some believe he will also be a villain like Wiig.
Wonder Woman 1984 will be the Cheetah’s first cinematic appearance.
Cheetah’s powers include enhanced strength and speed well beyond that of the most powerful felines, as well as heightened senses of smell and hearing for hunts and night-vision for stealth.
Her reflexes and agility allow her to perform superior gymnastic and feats for inhuman mobility.

Cheetah will be a formidable opponent for Wonder Woman with these powers, and her fangs and claws are unnaturally sharp and strong.
Wonder Woman 1984 is highly anticipated, and fans have recently taken to Twitter to post photos of extras with loud prints and voluminous hairdos.
The movie filmed in the disaster-strewn streets of Washington, D.C, redecorated to look like a doomed 1980s city.
