Avengers 4 leak: THIS classic Marvel hero coming back to defeat Thanos? Two huge clues

Marvel are the masters of forward-planning and franchise building.

While Lucasfilm and DC flounder, the MCU has progressed with precision and practically not put a foot wrong.

Which makes their upcoming genre-wide releases hugely tantalising, combined with mounting rumours and reports of time travel and alternate dimensions in Avengers 4.

Two major new clues point to the big screen debut of the incredibly powerful Kronos in the Infinity War sequel.

Kronos is one of the Eternals and, as his name implies, is closely involved with time.

Which just happens to be one of the major expected plot points of Avengers 4, especially since set photographs showed the main Avengers in their old costumes and hairstyles back a the battle of New York from the first movie.

The biggest clue to Kronos’ appearance, though, is the scheduled next series of major Marvel comicbooks, coming later in the summer.

The Eternals have already been mentioned in the latest issue #2 of the new Avengers comics, with Tony Stark saying it is time to meet them.

This August Marvel will reissue the classic Neil Gaiman Eternals series.

Marvel does nothing by chance and there must be a pressing reason why The Eternals are being brought back to the forefront right now. Withe The Guardians of the Galxy finishing their Marvel run in their third movie, there is a big space for a new team of galactic superheroes.

Avengers 4 is the perfect place to lay the first big screen foundations and many USsites are convinced Kronos is the obvious starting point, especially according to a new leak.

Jeremy Conrad at MCU Cosmic said: “Over the last week or so a source who’s been right in the past in regards to MCU stuff has been reaching out to different sites mentioning the name Kronos in connection with Avengers 4.

“For a while there have been rumors of a new cosmic character popping up in the movie, and while it was previously thought to be the Living Tribunal; Kronos makes a lot of sense if you put it together with who the character is and what’s known about the next Avengers movie.”
