WARNING SPOILERS FOR DEADPOOL 2 AHEAD

The Merc with a Mouth is known for his fourth-wall breaking meta humour and his new movie doesn’t fall short of many an Easter Egg.

But perhaps one of the many highlights of Deadpool 2 were all the cameos.

Fans were delighted to see many X-Men, including Wolverine pop-up, but there were also some famous faces.

And what’s even more fun is the other redneck he was talking to was Alan Tudyk, best known for Firefly and Rogue One.

This wasn’t the first time Damon has made a comical cameo in a recent superhero movie.

Last year he played an Asgardian portraying Loki in a play during one of the opening scenes of Thor Ragnarok.

He was joined by Liam Hemsworth as Thor and Sam Neill as Odin.

Deadpool 2 writer Rhett Reese recently revealed to Radio Times that Damon’s lines about his toilet “manifesto” come from the writer’s own lavatory ideals.

He said: “”I have a toilet paper manifesto of my own, abut the inadequacy of toilet paper. I do this bit about it, and I did it for Ryan.

“We all looked at each other and said, ‘This has to go into the movie somehow.’

“Then we discussed what caliber actor would we need to do such a scene…”

Deadpool 2 is out now.
