Kate Middleton hair – How YOU can get the Duchess of Cambridge's perfect blow dry
You can recreate the look yourself with a simple good blow dry.
The royal’s glossy look is actually fairly easy to emulate at home, according to Katie.
It was also recently revealed that the Duchess Cambridge uses this ‘Botox’ skin treatment at home – which costs almost £50 a bottle.
Follow Katie’s step below to recreated Kate Middleton’s glossy mane.
Step 1:
Apply a handful of mousse to towel dried hair, section the hair and blow dry with a large barrel brush.
Dry the hair so it’s full at the roots all the way to down to the ends.
Step 2:
Once the hair is dry, use a volumising hairspray and re blow-dry at the roots for extra height and volume, just like Kate!
Step 3:
Section the hair and use a large barrel tong to curl each section.
Once curled, pin that section of hair to the head and leave it to cool, this will set the curl for longer lasting results.
Step 4:
Unpin the hair once it’s cooled down, when all the hair is down gently run your fingers through the hair to break the curls creating a more natural looking wave.
Step 5:
Finish with a generous amount of hair spray!
The Duchess wore deep green to celebrate the Emerald Isles on St Patrick’s Day.
The Duchess grinned as she pinned a large shamrock to the collar of an Irish Wolfhound, as servicemen smiled on.
Today the Duchess visited the barracks of the 1st Battalion Irish Guards for a special St Patrick’s Day Parade with her husband.
The resplendent royal stunned in a deep forest green overcoat with velvet sleeves, collars and pockets in a slightly darker hue.
