Whether you go up against your loved ones or take on a challenge as a team, a festive-themed brain teaser is something many people enjoy during the Christmas period. And, as well as being a great source of fun, it can also be good to test your problem-solving skills now and then. With Christmas just a matter of days away, another seasonal puzzle has emerged. It’s been dubbed “deceptively tricky” by some, but the question is, can you solve it before anyone else?

Well, according to the holiday cottage company Stay In Cornwall, who released the puzzle, you may need to be fast.

That’s because the average person takes around three minutes and 32 seconds to complete it.

So, what do you have to do?

The illustration depicts the inside of a house, with residents and their loved ones enjoying a Christmas party.

However, disaster seems to have struck – as five turkeys have “gone missing”, and are instead hiding amongst the celebrations.

The task is for participants to pick out where each of these festive staples are in the picture.

James Starkey, marketing director of Stay in Cornwall said of the puzzle: “This brain teaser has had all of us scratching our heads right from the start, mainly because it’s deceptively tricky.”

And, it seemed that others were in agreement, with one person exclaiming: “This is so tricky!”

Another insisted: “It’s much harder than it looks!”

A third person joked of the chaotic scene: “This looks like my house on Christmas morning.”

So, where exactly are the turkeys hiding?

In order for participants to know what to look for, a depiction of the turkey is pictured in the ceiling.

Look away now if you’re yet to solve the challenge, as Express.co.uk is about to bring you the answers.

The first of the turkeys can be spotted in Santa’s sleigh, which is flying over the house in the sky.

The second is in the central room on the top floor, beneath the Christmas tree.

A third turkey can be spotted in the room to the left, situated on top of a wardrobe.

Meanwhile, the other two turkeys are in the two rooms directly below, on top of other pieces of furniture.
