Meghan Markle looked typically stylish at Prince Louis‘ christening.

While guests went for spring colours, the LA native broke with the trend in a muted green.

Carole Middleton, 36, and Pippa Middleton, 35, both opted for light blues.

Camilla Duchess of Cornwall, 70, wore cream.

Meghan wore an olive green Ralph Lauren dress, an American designer, which stylists applauded.

The whole look was of the same hue, with a green hat from Stephen Jones.

She added Olive Green Suede Manolo Blank BB Heels shoes, and a mini clutch back and olive green gloves.

Though her look appeared understated she decorated her lobes with her wedding earrings, the Galanterie de Cartier pieces crafted from white gold and diamonds.

Potential buyers must request the price of these earrings from the fine jewellery makers.

Stylist Anna Mewes said: “Meghan’s choice for Prince Louis’ christening was elegant and modern.

“I loved the simple cut of her Ralph Lauren ensemble and the co-ordinating accessories added to the understated feel.”

Of course, at any event a guest does not want to upstage the host, and Meghan achieved this thanks to the colours she chose.

Anna claimed the Duchess of Sussex’s carefully selected colour scheme was the key to her christening look.

She said: “The choice of colour was perfect for the occasion to complement Kate Middleton’s lighter neutral tones.

“This beautiful olive green suits Meghan’s colouring perfectly.”

Kate Middleton wore Alexander McQueen, a favourite of hers, for the christening of her third child Prince Louis.

The dress had statement shoulders and a v-neck, and she added a Jane Taylor hat.

She held tiny baby Prince Louis in her arms as she walked in to church, while Prince William, 36, arrived with Prince George, four, and Princess Charlotte, three, holding on to either hand.

Kate Middleton’s earrings for the ceremony were worth a huge sum.

A fan of pricey jewels, Kate is often seen in lavish gems – some of which are borrowed from the Queen.
