Melania Trump steps out in retro pussybow blouse at Cyberbullying Prevention Summit

Melania Trump, 48, was spotted at Rockville in Maryland in support of Bullying Prevention, part of the Cyberbullying Prevent Summit.

She chose a retro look with a blue pussy-bow blouse from Chloe, costing $1,195 (£934) that tied at the neck, a popular style in the 1970s.

She matched the outfit with a sharp black suit from Michael Kors, with the $1,195 (£934) jacket thrown over her shoulders.

The outfit was finished with a pair of pointed black stilettos and minimal jewellery.

The First Lady went for a classic blow-dry hairstyle and her usual makeup and pale blue nails to match the blouse.

As part of her Be Best campaign, Melania made a speech at the summit, which aims to stop bullying.

Part of her speech said: “Let’s face it: Most children are more aware of the benefits and pitfalls of social media than some adults, but we still need to do all we can to provide them with information and tools for successful and safe online habits.”

“Social media is an eventful part of our children’s daily lives.

“It can be used in many positive ways but can also be destructive and harmful when used incorrectly.”

She also sat on a panel while listening to representatives from Facebook, Google and Twitter in response to the issues raised.

It recently emerged that her husband president Donald Trump, thought the anti-bullying campaign she supported was a bad idea, according to the New York Times.

He reportedly encouraged her to choose a different initiative, as it would leave her open to discussion surrounding her own husband’s reputation on Twitter.

It follows from a number of divorce rumours plaguing the marriage of Donald and Melania.

The latest claim from an ex-White House aide reported that Melania could be “deported” if she was to leave her husband.

The 48-year-old was spotted earlier today in another retro look while at the White House.

Joined by her husband Donald Trump and son Barron Trump, she called another iconic lady, Jackie Kennedy.

She sported a green roll neck jumper with ribbed sleeves, rolling up them up to accentuate her slim arms.

The ex-model also wore white skinny jeans with white trainers for a summery style.

A pair of classic aviators finished off the look as she joined her parents Viktor Knavs and Amalija Knavs after a trip to New Jersey.

Mum-of-one Melania can speak more languages than any other First Lady before her: English, French, German, Italian, Serbian and of course her mother tongue, Slovenian.

This also makes her the only First Lady whose first language is not English.
