The amfAR gala 2018 took place last night in Milan, marking the end of Milan Fashion Week.

The dinner was held by the charity to raise money for its causes, supporting AIDS research and spreading HIV prevention treatment education.

The glittering charity dinner was attended by some of the most beautiful stars in the world, with most stunning in the sartorial stakes.

Showing the world the best of Italy, Italian television presenter, Alessia Reato, 28, stunned in a striking strapless purple number.

International model Noel Berry was also at the awards, no doubt in town for fashion week, wearing a fishtail black evening dress with lace detail that screamed Hollywood siren.

Opting for an unusual outfit that ended up scoring high points was Swedish pop star Zara Larsson.

The stunning blonde channelled Marilyn Monroe in a glittering, see-through evening gown and bouncing blonde bob.

Supermodel and Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show 2018 participant Winnie Harlow wore a similar look, opting again for sheer sparkles in a lovely pink hue.

Also joining the best-dressed crew was US businesswoman and reality TV star, Olivia Palermo, who wore a floaty, green dress reminiscent of peacock feathers.
