Avengers 4 TRAILER: ‘Something BIGGER and better coming, it’s going to be CRAZY next week’

Yesterday was the one-year anniversary of the first Avengers Infinity War trailer and still no first look at Marvel‘s Avengers 4.

The Russo Brothers took part in a Q&A after a Collider screening of Avengers Infinity War on Wednesday and wouldn’t take any questions on the sequel.

However, since that event, a number of Hollywood insiders and bloggers with Marvel sources have been getting very excited on Twitter.

It now sounds like something above and beyond just an Avengers 4 trailer is landing in the next week.

The Wrap’s Umberto Gonzalez tweeted: “HUGE SUPERHERO MOVIE NEWS IMMINENT.”

Trey From Internet wrote: “Whatever you guys think is coming soon, you’re wrong. it’s bigger and better.”

While Annihilation title leaker Jeremy Conrad, in a string of tweets said: “It’s not so much ‘news’ as a new movie or anything like that. But it’s a big deal and yes it’ll come.

“It’s going to be CRAZY. Strap yourselves in. You think you’re excited for next week? [GIF] Oh you have no idea.”

Daniel R added: “Marvel’s gonna OWN next week.”

So just what is going on beyond the incoming Avengers 4 trailer?

Well, yesterday The Game Awards announced that The Russo Brothers will be attending their ceremony on Thursday evening.

The Avengers Project game still hasn’t been revealed so it sounds like we’ll finally get to see that.

Whether or not it’s connected to Avengers 4 is anyone’s guess.

As for what’s coming next week, it’s been rumoured the marketing strategy for the Marvel sequel will be different.

Perhaps this means a series of short ambiguous films surrounding certain characters in the aftermath of Thanos’ Snap will be released instead of a traditional trailer? Fans will just have to wait and see.

Avengers 4 will be released in UK cinemas on April 26, 2019.
