Which beauty products do you swear by?

Benecos Natural Translucent Powder and Benefit Roller Lash Mascara. It gets every single lash, gives brilliant volume and doesn’t have that clumpy effect.

What are your essential cosmetics?  

Maybelline Eraser Eye Concealer has a sponge on the end, so it’s great for blending or hiding dark circles if you’re tired. And I’ll always have a nude lip liner in my bag. I like enhancing my natural lip colour and adding a little gloss.

Do you have any top beauty tips?

Use eye cream. Women age quicker than men, so take care of your skin.

What’s your guilty pleasure?

Popcorn. I’m terrible if I go to the cinema – I’ll get a large popcorn to myself and eat the whole thing!

How do you stay in shape?

Boxing, Bikram yoga, running, HIIT training, Pilates – you name it!

If you could change one part of your body, what would it be?

I’d love to have longer legs. I know my body shape and I’m happy, but if I had longer legs maybe my dream of walking as an Angel in the Victoria’s Secret fashion show might still come true!

Would you consider cosmetic surgery in the future?

Never say never, but I’ve taken my mum’s advice to grow old gracefully.

Which women do you think are beautiful?

I watched The Sinner with Jessica Biel and she wore no make-up for the entire series and looked stunning.

What is your signature fragrance?

Tom Ford Soleil Blanc, which reminds me of summer.

How do you pamper yourself?

I try to get a good deep-tissue massage every month.

How would you describe your style?

I tend to live in sportswear because I take my fitness seriously.

I like to create an effortless sport chic look so I can be prepared for anything – lunch with a friend, cinema date with my man, shopping with Mum.

Do you have a favourite shop?

Topshop. They have everything – Ivy Park sportswear, an amazing selection of shoe brands, plus one-off pieces and show-stopping looks from House of CB.

What is the most you’ve ever spent on an item of clothing?

A coat from Reiss with a beautiful collar. I’m not even going to mention figures!

Have you had any fashion disasters?

The night I won Best Newcomer at the NTAs, my skirt zip broke and I panicked that it was going to fall down.

Who is your style icon?

I’m obsessed with the Kardashians, especially Khloé. I love her style – she does sport chic very well.
