Epsom Derby entered its second day today, and female attendees made sure to wear their finest outfits for the occasion.

Celebrities led the charge, with many A List names in attendance looking sensational.

Helen Mirren, 72, chose a striking black and white polka dot dress with matching coat.

Keeping to the colour scheme, she accessorised with low-heeled black shoes and an extravagant black hat, completing the look with a black leather handbag.

Frankie Bridge, 29, also chose pales colours in a dress inspired by the sea. Her cream linen dress features seashell embroidery.

She paired the calf-length dress with a pair of nude strappy shoes and a nude linen handbag. A small cream fascinator, worn to the side, completed her outfit.

Victoria Pendleton, 37, flashed acres of thigh in her deep red dress. While at first glance the dress appeared demure, a closer look showed the dress had a sheer lace panel at the bottom which revealed inches of Victoria’s legs.

She wore a pink and red fascinator to match, and completed the look with a pair of beige peep-toe shoes and an oversized leather clutch.

ITV favourite Charlotte Hawkins, 43, stunned in a summery pink and yellow dress with asymmetric hemline.

A peachy-pink fascinator and hot pink criss-cross strap shows finished off the look.

However, not everyone managed to hit the right note, with some of the celebrity racegoers falling short in the style stakes.

Millie Mackintosh, 28, tried something unusual with a midnight blue silk jumpsuit. The jumpsuit featured large pockets and a deep V neck, and was tied at the waist to highlight her slim frame.

She teamed this with a widebrim black hat and skyscraper heels – but the creased silk look missed the mark.

Elizabeth Hurley, 52, made sure all eyes were on her in a skintight pale pink dress which showed off every curve, and was so tight it even flashed her nipples.

The veteran actress paired this with a huge feathered hat and pearl earrings.

One woman who did stand out from the crowd today was the Queen, who looked regal in lilac.

Her Majesty, 92, stood out in a lilac coat which she wore buttoned up.

A purple and diamond brooch was pinned to the coat, and a three strand pearl necklace could be seen underneath the collar.

The Queen matched a pair of simple pearl earrings to the necklace.

Underneath the coat, a purple, pink and green floral dress could be seen.
