James Bond 25: Could THIS reality TV star play the villain alongside Daniel Craig?

After allegedly impressing a string of Hollywood producers with her acting abilities, Ferne McCann has said a Bond role would be right up her street.

The TOWIE star, who impressed in a London stage role last year, told OK! that she’s already in talks for one film role, and would love to do 007 next.

“Two years ago, I was going to do a film and I met with [a] producer and it was all very exciting and then obviously I fell pregnant,” she recalled.

“[They] got back in touch and yeah, there’s definitely something for a new film so that’s so exciting. Really exciting!”

She added: “I’d love to play a Bond villain, that would be so cool.”

It should be clarified that the producer she spoke of was not necessarily from the Bond movies, but rather the spy franchise is where she is setting her sights for the future.

Currently it’s not known who will star alongside Daniel Craig in what will be his final outing as James Bond, but speculation continues over who will succeed him as the next actor to take on the job.

James Norton and Tom Hardy remain the joint-favourites; both at 3/1 with Ladbrokes.

After that, Jack Huston and Aidan Turner follow on 6/1, with Idris Elba priced at 8/1.

The bookmakers also offer odds of 12/1 that any female takes the job next.
